Welcome to Calkoo, a product by Kreativerse.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Calkoo mobile application (“App”).

By using Calkoo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Calkoo is provided as a calculator and conversion utility for personal and general informational use.

You agree to use the app responsibly and lawfully.

2. No Warranty

While we strive to provide accurate calculations and conversion data, Calkoo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:
– absolute calculation accuracy in all scenarios
– uninterrupted availability
– error-free operation
– real-time financial accuracy of currency rates

Currency exchange rates are indicative only and should not be relied upon for financial, trading, or investment decisions.

3. Intellectual Property

Calkoo, including all branding, logos, visuals, interfaces, software, and design elements, is owned by Kreativerse.

You may not:
– copy
– resell
– reverse engineer
– redistribute
the app or its assets without written permission.

4. Donations

Calkoo may offer optional support or donation options.

All donations are voluntary and are not required to use the app.

5. Advertisements

The free version of Calkoo may display advertisements through third-party providers such as Google AdMob.

We are not responsible for third-party advertisement content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kreativerse and Calkoo shall not be liable for:
– financial losses
– business losses
– data loss
– indirect or incidental damages
arising from use of the app.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue parts of the app at any time without notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
