By subscribing to or using our paid services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. GENERAL POLICY

All payments made for Avyra subscriptions are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this policy.

We encourage users to utilize the available free trial period to evaluate the platform before purchasing a subscription.

2. FREE TRIAL
Avyra may offer a free trial period (e.g., 15 days)
No charges are applied during the trial unless explicitly stated
Users are expected to evaluate the platform during this period

Once a paid subscription begins, standard refund terms apply.

3. SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS
Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
Once a payment is successfully processed, it is considered final

No refunds will be issued for:

Partial usage of the subscription period
Change of mind after purchase
Failure to use the platform
Downgrading or switching plans mid-cycle

4. AUTOMATIC RENEWALS
Subscriptions may renew automatically based on your selected plan
By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing

You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.

No refunds will be provided for charges resulting from failure to cancel before renewal.

5. EXCEPTIONS (LIMITED CASES)

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

Duplicate payments

6. TECHNICAL ISSUES
