Refund Policy for Zotit

Effective Date: May 13, 2026

This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for subscriptions and purchases made through Zotit, a product owned and operated by Kreativerse.

By purchasing a Zotit subscription or premium feature, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. General Policy

Zotit subscriptions and premium purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or platform policies.

Because Zotit provides immediate access to digital features and services, refunds are typically not issued for:

  • partial usage periods

  • unused subscription time

  • accidental non-usage

  • change of mind


2. Platform-Based Purchases

Refund requests for purchases made through third-party platforms are subject to those platform policies.

This includes:

  • Google Play Store

  • Apple App Store

  • Razorpay or other payment providers

Users may need to request refunds directly through the respective payment platform where applicable.


3. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:

  • duplicate charges

  • technical billing errors

  • unauthorized transactions

  • prolonged service disruption directly caused by Zotit

Approval of refunds remains at the sole discretion of Kreativerse where legally permitted.


4. Subscription Cancellation

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

Users will continue to retain Premium access until the active subscription period ends.


5. Beta Features & Service Evolution

As Zotit is an evolving platform, certain features may:

  • change over time

  • improve

  • be modified

  • be discontinued

These changes do not automatically qualify for refunds.
