CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy outlines how subscription cancellations, service termination, and billing discontinuation are handled for users of Avyra (operated by Kreativerse).
By subscribing to or using Avyra’s paid plans, you agree to the terms described below.
2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1 Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
If you have opted for an auto-renewing subscription:
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings.
Upon cancellation:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
No further automatic charges will be made.
Access to paid features will continue until the subscription period expires.
2.2 Manual (Non-Auto-Renewal) Payments
If you are on a manual payment plan:
Your subscription does not auto-renew.
Access will automatically expire at the end of your paid billing cycle unless renewed.
No cancellation action is required in this case.
3. Trial Period Cancellation
Users on a free trial may cancel at any time before the trial period ends.
No charges will be applied if cancellation is completed before trial expiration.
If not canceled, the account may be prompted to select a paid plan to continue using the platform.
4. Mid-Cycle Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription after a payment has been processed:
The subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Any refund requests will be evaluated in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Failed Payments and Cancellation
In case of failed subscription renewals:
Your subscription may be paused or downgraded.
You may be prompted to complete payment manually to continue service.
Continued failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
7. Termination by Avyra
Avyra reserves the right to suspend or terminate access:
In case of violation of terms
Fraudulent activity
Abuse of platform services
In such cases, cancellation may be immediate and without prior notice.
8. Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation or expiry:
Access to premium features will be revoked
Your data will remain available for a limited retention period (as per our data policy)
Continued access may require a new subscription or renewal
9. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription by:
Navigating to: Account → Billing → Manage Subscription
Selecting “Cancel Subscription”

10. Changes to This Policy
Avyra reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform or website.
