Cancellation Policy for Zotit

This Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations work for Zotit, a product owned and operated by Kreativerse.
By subscribing to Zotit Premium, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their Zotit Premium subscription at any time.
Cancellation will stop future recurring billing but will not immediately terminate access to Premium features already paid for during the active billing period.
You will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current subscription cycle.
2. How to Cancel
Depending on your payment method, subscriptions may be canceled through:
Google Play Store subscription settings
Apple App Store subscription settings
Razorpay subscription management (if applicable)
Users are responsible for managing and canceling subscriptions through the applicable billing platform.
3. No Partial Billing Adjustments
Zotit does not provide partial-month or partial-period billing adjustments after cancellation.
Once canceled, the subscription remains active until the current billing period ends.
4. Subscription Renewal
Unless canceled before the renewal date, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the billing cycle selected during purchase.
Users are encouraged to cancel before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue the subscription.
5. Changes to Subscription Plans
Kreativerse reserves the right to:
modify subscription pricing
change Premium features
introduce or discontinue plans
Reasonable notice may be provided where applicable.
6. Account Deletion
Deleting the Zotit app or deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Users must separately cancel subscriptions through the relevant billing provider.
