These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Avyra platform (“Platform”, “Service”), operated by Kreativerse (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use this Platform.

If you are using Avyra on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To use the Platform:

You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate or misleading information.

3. USE OF THE PLATFORM

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

You must NOT:

Misuse or attempt to disrupt the Platform
Access unauthorized data or accounts
Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Platform
Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING
Certain features require a paid subscription
Pricing and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase
Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay)

For recurring subscriptions:

You authorize automatic billing as per your selected plan
You are responsible for ensuring valid payment methods

We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

5. FREE TRIAL
We may offer a free trial (e.g., 15 days)
No payment may be required during the trial period
At the end of the trial, access may be restricted unless upgraded

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers.

6. REFUNDS

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

7. DATA AND USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of your data
You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service

You are responsible for:

Accuracy of your data
Compliance with applicable laws

We are not responsible for user-generated content or its accuracy.

8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted access
Error-free operation

We may:

Perform maintenance
Update or modify features
Temporarily suspend access if necessary
9. INTEGRATIONS

The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Slack, Jira).

We are not responsible for:

Third-party service performance
Data handling by external platforms
10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access:

For violation of these Terms
For misuse of the Platform
For non-payment

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

Termination may result in loss of access to your data.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last billing period
12. DISCLAIMER

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We make no warranties regarding:

Reliability
Fitness for a particular purpose
13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kreativerse from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Your use of the Platform
Violation of these Terms
Violation of any applicable law
14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
